We did a quick family visit during this weekend, which also involved doing a (semi-mandatory 😅) quick trip to our favorite FLGSs 🛒 in Budapest. As always, we found quite a few intriguing titles, but decided to come home with these smaller box 2p/solo-games.

🪨 Cairn is a 2p abstract strategy game that is strongly recommended by @ladybugmeeple , so we've been really wanting to try it. 😁 We are sometimes scared by abstracts, but this looks like a blast and absolutely gorgeous. Can't wait to try! 💪

🛡️ Siege of Valeria is a tower defense style solo game. I've never played any Valeria games before but this got on my radar after I saw it once, and I love the dice placement puzzle and gruelling decisions it faces you with, as you try to hold off the onslaught.

🌟 Leading the Charge is an expansion for Disney Sorcerer's Arena: Epic Alliances. While we haven't played this game much, we love the concept. 3v3 arena skirmish battles between beloved Disney characters with card play and hand management. This one adds Elsa, Buzz Lightyear and Scar! 😊

⛵ Seastead is a 2p spin-off game of Flotilla. It's played in this post apocalyptic world where the oceans have claimed everything. You are diving below for resources and building floating cities. It has some fun mechanics as you split resources, cleverly place buildings and get row and column bonuses. 👍
