In The Lost Expedition 🧭 you play as intrepid explorers trying to find the Lost City of Z. There are lots of dangers lurking in the jungle and you will have to be smart and lucky to come out alive.

You and your fellow players all have a hand of cards that represent the events and adventures that happen to you. You are basically trying to lay them out in a way that is the most advantageous for you, however you are not allowed to say what cards you have. 🤫

You are managing resources which are food, ammunition and health, and also expertise: jungle, exploration and shelter. Your most important task is to move forward on the map, because you only win when you reach the Lost City, but you have to balance everything so don't run out of resources or die on the way. ☠️

I love how thematic the cards are, and I also like the clean line art and very colorful illustrations. We added the expansion 'The Fountain of Youth' on the second game and it improved the game even further. 👌
This is a great little game that play in a short amount of time. It feels satisfying to puzzle out the optimal way forward every round. 😊
